1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeCleanYourData ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeCleanYourData provides an automated data cleaning and transformation platform. Users may upload delimited files (CSV, TSV, TXT), configure cleaning rules, and export processed data in multiple formats including JSON, CSV, Parquet, and Excel.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or illegal content
• Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions, or payment requirements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Upload personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is reasonably necessary

5. Service Tiers and Payments

The Service offers Free, Pro ($3/month), and Enterprise ($8/month) tiers. Each tier has specific limits on job volume, file size, and supported formats as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. WeCleanYourData retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, algorithms, branding, and documentation. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the cleaning and transformation services you request.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WeCleanYourData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
