Your information is used exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our data cleaning services
• Authenticate your account and process your data cleaning jobs

• Process payments through our secure payment provider (lemonsqueezy)
• Enforce our terms of service and prevent abuse

We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data:

• AES-256 encryption at rest — all stored data is encrypted with the same standard used by financial institutions
• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit — all data transfers between your browser and our servers are fully encrypted
• Privacy-by-design — data is processed in isolated environments and deleted or re-encrypted after processing
• Zero-access architecture — our staff has no access to encryption keys that protect your data

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files and processed outputs are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. Cleaned output files are available for download for a limited time after processing completes. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Cloudflare — infrastructure and storage (Cloudflare R2)
• Upstash — Redis caching for job state management
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing for paid subscriptions
